Degust-Mer Inc. was formed in 1984. We were then dealing with live lobster from the clean and cold waters of Canada’s East Coast. The GASPE SHORE Brand was established in 2001, processing first quality fresh and frozen crab meat and we are going to use this knowledge to produce lobster meat in 2006.
